When you use the Learn In Service, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies or UTM tags. A UTM tag is additional text added to a hyperlink that provides more information about traffic that uses the link (e.g., the referring website). You acknowledge and agree that Learn In is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. All Third-Party Services will be governed by the applicable third party’s privacy practices and policies, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Services prior to providing them with your personal information.

8. ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
You can review and change certain personal information associated with your account by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page.  You may also send us an email at contact@learnin.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act currently does not apply to Learn In. However, CaliforniaCivil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Learn In Service who areCalifornia residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 11. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The LearnIn Service is not directed to, and Learn In does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. 12. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Learn In reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances (e.g., by email or placing a notice on the Learn In Service) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. 13. DATA TRANSFERS
Learn In is based in the State of Utah in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the LearnIn Service, you understand that your personal information will be stored in theUnited States, which may have different privacy laws from where you reside.
